bought this rollator in september last year and have nothing but problems. Had to buy a new bag from you after a couple of months and the brakes dont work. the rotator swings to left causing me problems but I couldnt send it back as I would not get out of the house without it.

Very stable like weight easy to assemble folds easily but not with the bag and basket on but great for a unstable person to use for balance and support when walking

The tray does not stay intact. Had to use tiewraps to secure it.

My mother bought one of these to replace an almost identical one she had used without problems for many years but on which the bearings in the front wheel had worn out. The replacement is much lower quality, but the key problems are that the handles/brake mechanism don't fit securely into the frame, even with the fixing screws tightened up fully (we found them in the bag that fits to the frame, along with the instructions), so the handles wobble. It's usable but doesn't inspire confidence in someone whose balance is poor.The bigger problem is the handles that operate the brakes. They're really flimsy, and much poorer quality than her original walker. You have to press down on them so hard to operate the brake lock that they actually bend and distort, and even I had trouble getting the lock to engage at all. On her old walker it was a much quicker easier operation, and felt really secure. I'm concerned that she will lean on it without the brakes fully engaged and end up falling.The plastic wheels are really poor quality too, so that the grip on floor surfaces is questionable.We're looking for an alternative model that has a tray (so few do any more), and if we find one will be sending this back as I consider it unsafe.

You plan on keeping it!!!, i brought this for my mum to help her aid her walking, i got it out the box, put it together, she tried it, walked from the kitchen to the lounge with it, and found she couldnt grab the handles properly cos of Arthritis in her hands and shoulders, so i wanted to return the item, i packed it up and tried to use the return policy, it doesnt cover returning the item unless it was broken or defect, shame on the seller for this, so now i am left with an item that is not wanted and i have lost my money, totally ridiculous!!!

Quick delivery time and best price....FOR THE MODEL SHOWN. However, it did NOT come with the basket and table which was specifically what was required. Following my report I received a refund but it remains that I now have to order another one !!!

my mother in law is 93, a high falls risk but with her new smaller 3 wheeled rollator gives her and us more confidence in her ability to be independent for longer. She has a 4 wheeled shopper with a seat but she needed something which is more flexible.
