It's very hard to find a good energy source without relying on stimulants, I love these caffeine free energy shots for a clean fuel source. I have been getting this product for almost a year via subscription and have really enjoyed the benefits and found the original flavor good and easily tolerable. Within the last several monthly delivers, the packaging and flavor were changed. Packaging is fine. However the flavor was significantly altered and a substantial increase in artificial sweetener was added. The combination of flavor and artificial sweetener changes make this extremely hard to drink. As if the increase in artificial sweetener increased the worst in the flavors vs cover it up/make it more palatable. For the sake of health and performance increases, as compared to others, I have a very accepting palette and definitely don't need anything sweet. For example, I can easily drink and enjoy the flavor of Swedish Bitters. At this point I have endured this products Ketone-IQ "original" flavor and sweetness changes for a few months and without a doubt, I have to move on and try other flavors of the same product or other products with similar quality. I definietely will be looking for a high quality product without the heavy reliance on artificial sweeteners.

Works great, unless you're very tired (then you need two!). Nice energy boost without the jitters of caffeine. My partner has ADHD and it especially works well for him to focus in lieu of prescription medication. The taste isn't great, you definitely have to shoot it, and they are a little expensive to use as often as we'd like to.
