The instruction leaflets that come with an air fryer never really give much in the way of info for cooking times/temperatures, and the air fryers themselves have only limited options on the touch panel of what you can cook. This helps in more ways than one. I like that it's laminated so wiping clean is a blessing, and the printing is clear to read. There's a good variety of foods to choose from as well as the times and temperature settings. The last one I bought (very cheaply from elsewhere) ONLY had fahrenheit settings!!....no use whatsoever. A bit pricey for laminated double sided A4, but that far outweighs its usefulness.

I got this for a friend who was unsure of using her air fryer . It’s quite good in giving you temperatures and times can’t fault that as it’s very handy, but it is expensive for what it is .

I bought these as more of a guide, for my air fryer. Which I love. They are really helpful for people new to air fryers and experienced people alike, as a back up. There are a wide variety of UK foods, even black pudding, yorkshire pudding and spotted dick, fish fingers, sausage, bacon, lots of examples for veggies included in this.Aimed at the UK market and other countries that use Celsius or centigrade, there are also Fahrenheit settings too, so usable all round.. Well worth buying and I have recommended them in my review for my air fryer. The price is reasonable and we have used it several times in less than a week, Having a wipe clean cover was the deal maker for me.

Whilst it gave cooking times and temperatures it did not give weights and I believe that is a factor in air fryer cooking or is it not?
