It’s electrical cable for a garage lighting circuit. It does the job.

The nice thing about the metric system is that is universal, stable and repeatable, so when you ask for 10m of cable you expect to receive 10m. Not in this case: I ordered 10m and received 9,2 (9.2 for the non-metric part of the world). How is it possible I don't know... Maybe their reference meter is some strange standard from China... In any case... That in my country could start a lawsuit because you can't sell an advised quantity and then ship a different and lesser one: technically it is called a fraud.

It's wire, it's for wiring things. You snip the ends and connect it and away you go.Does the job well.
