What a disappointment! The remote is next to useless - only works spasmodically. I couldn't get through the Playstore login in to add my apps. Must have "typed in my username and password 5 times and then it froze on me. No worries, I thought, I'll use the mini keyboard I had with my last android box - but it didn't recognise it when I connected the usb link. No worries, I thought, I'll use the bluetooth keyboard I use with my tablet - it didn't see any bluetooth devices even though the keyboard, my mobile and tablet were all within 6 feet of the box! Finally I tried to connect by wifi instead of using ethernet but it didn't see the wifi network even though the router was inches away. Totally frustrated I repacked and posted it back to Amazon and the good news is they issued a refund voucher as soon as it was in transit so I could buy another box!
