Love the cover. I am usually a stickler about 100% cotton for pillow cases, but the cover (with a slight velvety nap) was soft cozy & breathable. I love that the cover is washable & fabric looks & feels sturdy. I like the support. The pillow is so versatile, I couldn’t decide how to use it the first night. I may buy another. I wanted it as an anti wrinkle pillow to help me sleep on my back. It automatically contoured itself to my neck & head after I found the optimal position. I wanted it for my lumbar region for sleeping, but it was so comfy, I ended up sleeping with it under my neck & shoulders the whole night—-no worries about the lumbar area. I’m going to try it to support my lumbar area...I’ll keep you posted.

This is my second purchase it is a gift for my daughter who has chronic migraines. She has used a full size memory foam for years. Her doctor suggests she see a chiropractor which might be good idea. However I was telling her how this pillow has helped me, so I bought one for her as a gift. I hope it helps! I will update later and let you know how she likes it.This pillow is well worth the price which is very reasonable! I had one like this for years that I used and felt it was time to replace it. I have used many pillows but they all have given me neck pain and headache when awakening. I am a side sleeper and this supports my neck and is comfy to snuggle into, whether I lay on my back for a while or turn on my side. Others may use it for support elsewhere too. It might not occur to some to use it under your neck to sleep. If you have tried other pillows and still have neck and headache pain try this!!If you have never purchased memory foam products before, do not be surprised when you unbox it. It comes rolled up with all the air squeezed out. With scissors, gently cut the outer plastic wrapper, don't rush, don't use a.box cutter or you will damage it. Unroll it and allow it to grow into It's full shape. Allow 12 to 24 hours before using it for best results and maximum comfort. Enjoy!

Well constructed and comfortable but with the memory foam my legs sink in and therefore dont achieve maximum relief. Does work well under back when lying on floor or as a lumbar support when sitting

This was a replacement of a similar product whose white cover had worn thin. In a less mercenary world, I could have just purchased a replacement cover, but even this very similar product was hard to find. The prior product served me very over MANY years. This one seems to be even better quality, especially the cover. I have found it to be an ideal product for someone with back issues and/or knee issues, like me. It helps me get a more comfortable sleep whether I lie on my back with this under my knees or on my side, with this between my knees. Whichever position you choose, it help avoid rolling. When I had knees replaced, unintentional rolling caused lots of pain. I was amused at how small it was compressed when it arrived. Perhaps I will try to compress the old one for trips. I would have preferred a white cover which goes with all decor. But the blue is a nice second choice, slightly on the royal side of navy.

It's just not right for my neck needs. The pillow is fine and would work great for knee support. I can only use it on my neck for an hour or so because it is so firm it makes a sore spot on the back of my head, which is weird because it does yield reasonably. It's too high for laying on my side. It didn't have much of a scent so that was nice out of the box.

When the package arrived I thought it was something else I had ordered. After opening it, I discovered it was just rolled up very tightly.After unwrapping it, I found it expanded to full size as described in the listing.I've been having some back pains for a last couple of weeks and was using a spare pillow to place under my knees to help with the back pain, but the pillow was starting to make my calf muscles hurt where they were laying on the pillow.This pillow sits just behind the knees and is very comfortable, My back is better, and my calves don't hurt either.

I love the length of this pillow! I have Hip, back, and leg problems! It is looking enough to position under one or both legs! It gives very firm support, with a "gentle give" to get comfortable! Also, It stays in place on bed, since the cover on this has a non slippery material, which helps it not fall, or be pushed off the bed without intent. Well made, and a good value! When your looking for some comfort to relieve pain, I don't think you'll be disappointed how this pillow can help!

I tried a couple of lumbar pillows from Amazon and they were just too thin (even one from this same company) but this is the one for me! It has really helped alleviate my pack pain, my back pain is from having a naturally really curved lower back with a high big butt (think of a duck butt lol) I have been using it for a week now, every day feeling less pain and today I woke up with no pain 😳 Amazing! I was like “hey my back isn’t hurting”. Normally I wake up with excruciating back pain where it’s hard to do the simplest things then it goes away after about a good 1-2 hours but I’m too busy to wait for it to reside on its own so I end up taking meds for the pain (which I don’t like to do). So at this point I’m very happy with this pillow and is also great on the neck.
