Pros:1. The height adjustment feature is a life saver here. My 6 month old needs the lowest setting while it can go 4 more levels up. Easy mechanism and sturdy hold.2. Setup was easy and with a bit of video reference you can do it yourself in 10 20 minutes3. Seat has adequately large base with really soft fabric and cushion support, although my baby kind of leans forward mostly4. Floor mat was helpful at first when he was scared to put his feet on the ground and also when we feed him. This doubles up as a walker and a seating chair.5. Rocker mode is comparatively less useful as when your baby learns to scoot around, he just wants to do that. So if you are purchasing for a baby around 4 5 months(can hold head without support) you'll find this useful6. I personally prefer to use musical tray separately because my baby finds it very engaging. Other times the food tray helps him look over his front view and also have different rattles or toys to play with at hand level7. Wheels are really smooth and manoeuvre swiftly8. Breaks work fine9. Bottle holders at the side are useful to have instant reach10. Parent handle is very much used when your baby cant control directions or is stuck somewhereCons:1. The package was seal tight when I received it but as I opened the pack, found a single hair on the product itself, it could be a used one or just an employee without hair cap2. A label pasted at the walker body was half ripped which does indicate more it's a refurbished one3. One break keeps on falling down the socket on it's own. Manufacturer should give some kind of screw fixture for such an important part. It's just 2 socket to push and fix in. Even gravity can take of the breaks4. Wheels are also fixed in the socket. Some kind of lock system should be given for more secure hold5. When the product came in, the lights in the music tray were working good but no sound was coming. I opened the tray myself and found a piece of magnet rolling around which should have been attached to the copper coil for the music chip to work. I DIY'ed it with tape and it's working fine. Manufacturer should make a more securing feature for this one6.Manual provided with the product is of some other model which barely helps you7. If the canopy would have been detachable it could be more comfy to move around indoor.Overall it's a really good product and unique the market. A bit on the pricier side but of you get a good discount go for it!!

All are good but i received product with missing parts of baby toys in the front and got extra parents handle at the back

The seat of the walker is of very poor quality material. I bought on 5th July’24 and within 40 days I’ve received this result.

Wheels need to be a little more sturdy. And handle is not getting properly locked. Music if indian, will be more pleasant.

One side fixer locker is not available, so we unable to fix the cap on the location, i request to seller to share suggestions for this. Otherwise product is good
