The tops vary by size. 6-10 mm assortment should work

Would these molds work with UV resin?

I use the with uv resin but it does work better if you leave the mild in place and put the uv kight over the mold

How can you get flowers, etc inside the mold in the tiny hole?

The holes at the top stretch. I've made many pendants and they come out really good.
