I have 8 x TP-Link Tapo T100 120° PIR Smart Motion Sensor with Motion-Activated Light, Energy Saving, Battery-Powered, Real-Time Notifications, Device Sharing installed at various places in home and covered outdoor. I use it to track movements in areas with Alex accouterments and control video camera or lights automation. I received 4 physically defective devices as it developed visible crack on sensor cover out of box (got it replaced twice as send time also boxed pack sensor had same issue), so make sure you inspect device as soon as you unbox it. I also had some connectivity issues with a few of the sensors, but after troubleshooting and resetting them, they have been working smoothly. The motion detection is quite accurate and the 120° PIR sensor covers a wide area, making it perfect for monitoring larger spaces. The motion-activated light is a great feature, as it helps conserve energy by only turning on when motion is detected. One of the best things about these sensors is the real-time notifications. Whenever motion is detected, I receive an instant notification on my phone, allowing me to quickly check the live feed from my security cameras or turn on the lights in that area. This has been very helpful in keeping my home secure and also saving energy by not leaving lights on unnecessarily. I also appreciate the device sharing feature, which allows me to grant access to family members or housemates so they can also receive notifications and control the sensors. This has been convenient for when I am away from home and someone needs to check on things. Overall, I am satisfied with the TP-Link Tapo T100 120° PIR Smart Motion Sensors. They have been a useful addition to my home security system project. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable motion sensor option.

Excellent product, you have to buy complete set with hub, this single piece doesn't work, you can add multiple decided to that hub

I recently purchased 5 Tapo Motion Sensors and I’m extremely impressed with their performance and durability. I integrated them with Home Assistant using the official Matter plugin, and it’s been fantastic! The setup is simple, and I get instant notifications whenever motion is detected. The sensors work seamlessly with my Tinxy and Tuya devices as well. One of the sensors even survived a fall from the second floor and continues to work as well as new. Compact PIR sensor. Small battery. Large battery can give more backup

It's working like perfect integration for the automated tasks. I have installed in my bathrooms for on/off lights where small kids are not reachable to switch of the bulb. This motion sensor works seamlessly with Tapo L530B smart bulb. Only one drawback is, it's not communicating directly with device. Instead it requires Hub. Otherwise, product is excellent. I have other TP-Link line-up products like Omada, Deco etc... All are reliable and rock solid.

Works well with Home Assistant and without internet (but LAN/local WiFi required).

Me fue imposible configurar el sensor T100 al Hub, resetie, actualice los equipos etc y de los dos equipos comprado ninguno se logró conectar al Hub. Pedida de tiempo y dinero

Il sensore offre un rilevamento ad ampio raggio, individuando i movimenti con rapidità e precisione, ed è molto utile sia per automazioni smart che per notifiche di presenza. L’integrazione con l’app Tapo è semplice e intuitiva: puoi configurare facilmente le zone di rilevamento, le notifiche e collegarlo ad altri dispositivi smart per creare automazioni (come accensione luci o avvisi). La sensibilità è buona, evita falsi positivi non necessari e reagisce bene anche in condizioni di luce variabile. Inoltre il dispositivo è discreto e si installa facilmente dove serve.
