Nice to not be tied to an electric cord while using. Holds a charge a long time. Convenient to use with the elastic belt. Useful on several body areas but especially useful for cramps.

I have an auto-immune condition that causes a lot of chronic pain in the abdominal area. Saw this and thought I have to have it! Well, the heating element definitely works and allows you to adjust the heat to various temperatures at that, but the massage element is kind of a joke. It’s more of just a vibration. I guess the vibration does distract you from the pain a teeny bit, but don’t expect a deep tissue massage.

Perfect! I even went back and bought one for my niece. I love it and the different modes and how discreet it is.

The product works well when in use but it does not hold a charge long. When not in use, even if you fully charge it to 100% (thinking you'll have it all set to go when you need it again), once you unplug the charger it's eventually back at 0%. As a result, whenever you really need to use this item, you will need to wait 45-60 minutes so that it can charge back up unless you're willing to have it connected to a charger at all times. I'm not willing and therefore, I always have to recharge right before using.
