The media could not be loaded. I love that it has a timer and that I can change the color of the light.Doesn’t come with remote control tho.

The adjustable color/tone of the light is nice, I used these to uplight holiday decor. They do have a timer function to shut off, but I wanted to have these on smart plugs so they would come on with the rest of our lights...no such luck. I have to manually turn them on. Other than that I like them.

Some of the previous reviews mentioned the light not being powerful. Yes, a little brighter might be nice, but it depends on your need. I was looking to fill a very dark corner behind a 4ft high cabinet. It does that. The timer is great too. Goes on for six hours in the evening while we watch tv, off for the night and back on the next evening. The cord is not super long, so measure first.The light has been working for three weeks now. The box contained a set of two. The extra one is my backup, but has not been plugged in yet.So far, I’m satisfied.

If you have plants in your home, putting these lights behind them will create a very cool light effect that will make your place super vibeyyyy!

Every time you turn off the smart plug, you have to turn the light back on with the digital toggle. Defeats the purpose of a smart plug. I’ll have to find a place to use them where I don’t mind manually turning them on and off

I feel as though the more features a set of LED lights has, the more oversights it'll have. Furthermore, some of those features have been implemented better elsewhere, and their inclusion here only keeps you from using those more elegant solutions.For example, why build a dimming feature into a set of lights like this and force the user to go through all the brightness settings with a single button when you could've just allowed them to use the set of lights with a separate dimmer switch?This set of lights is even worse, though, due to the order in which you cycle through the brightness levels. Most other light sets cycle through them like this:1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 - 9 - 10 - 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - ...It's pretty obvious when you've reached the top, and it's easier to keep track when you're at the brightest setting the second time around. With this set, however, it goes like this:1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 - 9 - 10 - 9 - 8 - 7 - 6 - 5 - ...Worse still, the two lights in my set have different brightness levels, AND the remotes aren't really the most responsive, so it's very difficult and frustrating to get them to display at the same brightness level.The timer feature is also irritating, as it basically tries to masquerade as a "smart" system of sorts by making everything automatic, but who uses their lights with this level of consistency? Frankly, the lack of a simple on/off switch that allows you to use these lights with smart outlets goes against the idea of a smart home implementation. Sure, you could still kill power to these with a smart switch, but these won't just come back on when you turn the outlet back on, still requiring you to turn them back on via the remote.LED light manufacturers: it's fine to put all these extra features in, but please allow users to bypass them with other solutions. It's admirable you're trying to add so much value to something so inexpensive, but all those extra features don't mean a thing if they don't integrate well into existing setups.

The product was as it looked and was described online. The packaging was a little messed up (the box the lights were in had come open inside the shipping box), but the lights were perfectly ok.

The only reason not a 5 star is because they are smaller than I thought - but that was my fault for not reading the descriptionPurchased to uplight two corners of a roomDid the job -3 differ t light colors .
