I bought this for my father but I tried myself as well. The material is comfortable around the neck and it can adapt and shape as you’d like. The magnifier is not glass it is acrylic or similar, that’s great but can be exposed to scratches. My dad wished it came with a cover or something to protect it after you’re done using it, I agree. It only comes with a fabric to clean it.

This is a nice product and adjusts well, but I wish it were a bit wider or that the actual magnifier could be turned into the horizontal position without difficulty. Right now to do so I must distort the bendable straps to contort around my body. It takes a bit of finesse and adjusting and is a bit cumbersome. Also, this magnifier is not glass, but plastic with small etched circular lines in it that radiate light and reflect onto the page which are a distraction. It's a nice idea but could use some modifications for ease of use and clarity for reading. I still use it because, despite all the things that are troublesome, it does still work, but a few tweaks would make this a truly incredible product.

I don't like the bulky noose. Don't adjust to my needs. Had to use in hand to see pages of book. Only then the magnifier works great. Can see the small print. The noose needs to be an inch shorter. Then it will be comfortable for me to see book through magnifier.

I love the large size and adjustable strap, but it has to be at just the right distance or it distorts what you're looking at. Also, is 2 pieces and the magnifier comes out of the holder too easily. I was going to return it, but I forgot and missed the return deadline.

I got this for my 92 year old mother in law so she could continue to read her books. It rests comfortably around her neck. Very lightweight and easily adjusted. GREAT product!

These are just some uses I enjoy with this clever product.The magnifier lens consists of a plastic magnifying piece measuring roughly 7-1/2" H x 4-3/4" W that clips magnetically into a flexible gooseneck. The smooth side of the magnifier faces you. You can configure the gooseneck to many positions either around your neck or on a surface in order to position the magnifier. You also could hand-hold the magnifier lens from its plastic base instead of clipping it into the gooseneck. Given its size, this magnifier works best with small books or small printed items. Distortion is minimal if at all. The gooseneck is substantial and flexes to all sorts of positions. Be careful not to keep moving the gooseneck back and forth in the same position so it doesn't eventually snap the inner wires. The magnifier on a gooseneck is a brilliant device that offers a magnifying, hands-free solution to anyone with vision impairment or needing magnification for various applications. This magnifier works really well but it is not perfect. The magnifier lens slips into the neck holder tubing by way of a magnet, and stays in place. The tubing that makes up the neck strap is easily bendable.Pros:Is indeed hands free and stays in place once you adjust it.The tubing is very flexible so it molds to pretty much any angle you need.It tears down and fits back into the box for storageIt magnifies very well without much distortion.Cons:It is huge and heavyIf you don't put it back in the box, it will take up a large amount of storage space.Instructions state to not bend it repeatedly in the same place, but not sure how to put it into the box and readjust it for your needs without bending it a bunch.All-in-all, I still really like the hands-free nature and recommend this for hobbyist or folks that want to use it for reading and don't want to hold a magnifying glass.

Muy útil lupa para leer,trabajar o hacer composturas a detalle. No pesa nada y la puedes llevar a todos lados.

La lupa y sus accesorios son buenos, pero el anuncio confunde pues dice "3 LUPAS MANOS LIBRRES PARA LEER..." y en el paquete viene con UNA lupa y DOS accesorios, para que funcione como manos libres y yo esperaba que -justamente- fueran 3 lupas.

NO SON TRES LUPAS, ES UNA SOLA, POR LO CUAL SI NO TE FUNCIONA EL GROSOR DEL AUMENTO DE LA LUPA, YA NO SIRVE
