This washes clothes well, and makes clothes smell clean . This fid not leave any residue. I washed my linen pants with it and it actually made them softer. I also washed another pair of linen pants with a different detergent and it was left rough. I’m very pleased with this product.

I have used other “low-tox” laundry detergents but didn’t feel like they got stains out very well. This one works great and smells good. I have repurchased several times and will continue to do so. I also like that you reuse the same plastic container and just get refills with the powder in the bag to mix to cut down on plastic waste. I did try to purchase initially through their website and there were some delays with shipping-have since gone through Amazon and have had no issues whatsoever.

I have peace of mind, knowing that these packets are better for my family and they smell so good. I like the ability to add a little bit more water if I’m running low, before adding in an entirely new packet to make a new batch of detergent. I get these delivered every five months and it’s been perfect so far.

This was deceiving to me because it appears to be a bottle of detergent with a refill, but this is not the case. It comes with an empty bottle and a ‘refill’. You combine the refill with warm water, it was easy to do.It’s very liquidy- not thick like normal detergent but it seemed to clean well!

We LOVE Truly Free. We started using when our second son was a newborn and his baby acne DISAPPEARED completely. It never came back. Oh and it smells delicious. We will never go back!!!!!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I wanted a clean detergent. Have only used it a few times. Quality:It has a nice clean smell but not over powering. It come with a powder and a container to reconstitute.

Smells great, cleans well… but 50 loads?? What am I missing? This does not last 50 loads so it is very expensive … I think I got 10 cap fulls out of this jug.. I do not see how this could even be marketed for 50 loads. Wish it was just powder form like their dish detergent and it really lasted as long as it marketed to.

Edit: company refunded but I still have the same things to report. They do have good customer service. The detergent smells good but that doesn’t translate to the cloths. Also- it does not do nearly as many loads as it claims per bottle.
