Great phone. Has all the best features of the S20 plus more. Looks great, is easy to use. Has a longer battery life too.

Lovely phone got it really cheap as a "like new" refurbished item and in perfect condition apart from a very minor screen scratch on the edge, only visible from very close range

From the very first day I received this phone I had problems with the battery holding it's charge. After 5 months I had to pay £70 to have a new battery fitted. I was informed by two independent dealers that the battery wasn't a geniune Samsung battery and the battery could of exploded or caught fire

There is a lot to like about the S21. The WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity are great. The camera is very good, taking lovely photos. 5G connectivity (where available) provides a great data rate. It gets 4 stars rather than 5 because Samsung elected to drop the ability to add an internal SD card in the S21. This feature was present up to the S20 model, I was upgrading from an S8 and had hoped to simply switch the SD card to the new phone. All SD content is transferred when you use the Samsung Smartswitch App to move from your old phone to the new but you are limited to the internal storage capacity of the S21. You also need a USB C to USB C cable to link the phones for the transfer.

sold an old product and does not work after 4 months Samsung says it was manufactured in US and warranty expired in 2024 but i brought this as a new product in Aug 2025. Mobile does not recognize SIM card

Producto defectuoso. Movil reacondicionado vendido como si fuese nuevo. Activado un año antes de la venta, con muchos ciclos de carga de bateria. La version del movil es estadounidense, componentes como placa base, antena de red... por lo que samsung españa no se hace cargo de reparaciones en garantia, ni siquiera pagandolo a parte. 7 meses despues de la compra el movil comienza a hincharse, el vendedor se desentiende de todo lo anterior alegando que han pasado 30 dias desde la recepcion del producto. Todo esto confirmado por tienda oficial de samsung.

Ho preso questo modello in sostituzione di un samsung galaxy s9 che aveva 5 anni, sono 4 mesi che utilizzo questo modello e finalmente posso dare la mia opinione. Devo dire che mi trovo bene, utilizzo tantissimo il telefono anche per lavoro, sono contenta della batteria che a carica piena dura almeno mezza giornata. Le foto vengono bellissime. Le dimensioni del telefono non sono eccessive e ha delle integrazioni per la modalità notturna molto comodi. Ultima cosa è dualsim quindi per chi ha anche una seconda sim è comodo. Le pecche sono per quanto riguarda il navigatore, passa alla modalità notturna anche di giorno e ho provato a collegarlo al televisore con cavo HDMI ma dex non lo riconosce. Attualmente non ho ancora scoperto tutte le funzionalità ma sono soddisfatta dell'acquisto
