Very Entertaining
Yes the Hamster does exactly what they had described. I bought him for a new baby cousin and am shipping him to Italy. The only reason I can do this is because I'm enclosing the Hamster into a huge afghan that I have made for the baby's crib. It will be fully encompassed by the afghan and it will prevent it from being broken. I wouldn't recommend the way they sent it to me to send it abroad. Maybe shipping within the U.S. is okay in the manilla envelope that they had shipped him in. The baby is starting to make sounds and will enjoy hearing his voice being repeated back to him. This Hamster was the cheapest and worth the investment.

Great product
This is such a cute product. I purchased it for my 11 mo old grandbaby as an attention getter for her but I couldn't keep the adults away from it. I don't believe it is built for the roughness of much handling as the adults & children do, but if set up to get a young ones attention, it is a great product. Just keep it away from adults. LOL

This toy doesn't laugh, it has convulsions. It's unintelligible and very loud.This toy made my (2yo) granddaughter cry on Christmas Day. Sad.If I could give it zero stars I would.Please don't buy it for a child you care about.Sincerely,Pissed off in Ohio

The cutest Ever!
Bought these for our neighbors children and they were a hit! The hamster bounces as it repeats what you say in a tiny voice. So cute. We purchased three of these. The children had put them on the floor together and they repeated what the children said, then the hamsters started repeating what each one said, giggling and laughing all the way. We all got such a kick out of it. These make great gifts for children and I would most definitely purchase again.

Fun to play with
This interactive talking hamster is fun to play with. Two things I dislike are: the microphone is too sentivitive, it picks up too much ambient noise. Second the speaker does not produce a clear sound. Also the toy bounces too much causing the sound to be distorted. Otherwise the kids had a blast playing with it.

The sound is terrible and hurts the ears
The little hamster is cute, I guess, it definitely looks cuter online but overall not bad. The sound is terrible, it's kind of scary. I bought 6 of these for all the little ones in the family. Let me tell you everyone had the same reaction, we all laughed bc it "attempts to repeat our sounds" but it sounds really scary, sort of like a witches voice. The sound hurts the ears of a little one.
