Machine stitch and then iron to the instructions My Grandmother never had a sewing Machine she insisted every stage was to be Ironed and clothed all of us for years **Q: Does one pattern cover all the sizes mentioned please** A: If you look on the back of the pattern. What ever sizes are shown along the top these are covered in the pattern. If the sizes on on the front ie 10 to 16 these are covered in the pattern. Hope that's helpful. **Q: What Difficulty Level is this please?** A: I’d say this is a mid skilled sewers level.
