I’ve never used this type of cleanser and wow! How does it melt away my waterproof mascara as if by magic. My skin feels so clean and soft. Absolutely gorgeous product!

Love this cleansing balm I'm on my 2nd Tub, I would say price wise it's on par with other balms. It smells amazing doesn't leave face greasy and it does emulsifie if you want too....

Not the best make up removing balm I’ve ever had, burns the eyes and takes ages removing any form of eye make up, melts make up well but it is a very small tub, good for travel but that’s about it

I wasn’t overly impressed. From the smell to its ability to actually remove makeup, there are much better products out there.

Have ordered consistently for about a year. I tried other cleansing balms a couple of times and I always came back to this one. It was super effective at removing everything and made my skin feel healthy. The last two times I've ordered though, the quality of the product has not been the same. It's supposed to be near solid and turn to a buttery oil when warmed between the hands but my last two products have been like a loose lotion instead of solid balm. It still takes off make up and feels pretty much the same I guess? It doesn't last as long and it doesn't feel exactly the same, even if it still works on removing make up. I might try it again at some point but I think I'll try another brand instead of ordering again.
