These fruits and veggies are great. Have been taking them for about six months and I have more energy and sleep better. I only take two of each every day as I have a very sensitive stomach.

The flavor of the capsule that is the vegetables has a garlic flavor in my opinion, and I dislike garlic. The company should try to change this if they can. However, the fruit capsule has no flavor that I can detect.Other than that, it gives you energy to get through the day. I used to have to nap every day because I was so tired from not getting any sleep at night. Now I try to lay down for even a 15 min. nap and I feel I don't need it anymore. I just have to get up and do something !And the price is doable . It isn't over priced like it's other competitors. I like to take mine with each meal 3 times a day. I think it suggests that you swallow all the capsules or 6 in the a.m.. I think you can take it either way.

I like everything if I didn’t I wouldn’t have reordered.

I bought these to replace the ones I usually buy and I was happy to read on the side of the bottle that BioPerine is included in these supplements. That is a unique quality about this product that other supplement products do not have. The price is reasonable and the dosage recommended is the same as other products - 3 capsules per day. The capsules are somewhat easy to swallow; make sure you are paying attention to what you are doing when taking them. Overall, I would recommend this product that wants to try or wants a budget-friendly natural vitamin supplement product to improve their daily functioning.

Seems like a good product, of good quality. I have noticed some extra energy. But I think consistency is needed. I think over time I might be able to say more

I have never taken any thing like this before. I take a 1 a Day vitamin. I have been taken these for a week. From the first day the energy level has increased 10 fold. So if there was any down side the caplets are kinda big. Other than that they are worth every penny.

My husband is diabetic and not fond of eating any vegetables and barely any fruit except maybe a banana. So I added these to his supplement regime to guarantee that he now has fruits and vegetables. I added them to mine as well. I had been mixing powdered greens in with shakes. But I like taking these on a regular basis. And although I am not leaping small buildings in a single bound, I’m pretty sure we both feel better. Also, the price was much more acceptable than the well-known TV advertised brand. And it appears that the ingredients match.
