The product not as described caster wheel’s and cylinder are rate for 350lbs but caster the rubber came off the wheels. The cylinder fail to stay up I only weighed 197 fully clothed but the structure weld seams are bad I wouldn’t recommend this product at all

The rubber outside of the wheels went out within a week. Had to keep putting them back together multiple times a day. The bearings started breaking out from the wheels the next week. The final was the hydraulic pump died at the top height. The seat broke as well. This happened all within three weeks. I am well below the max weight, as well as anyone else who used this stool. The dog hair had nothing to do with the demise. It's a shame, I absolutely loved it's height on the lowest setting as well as the bright green color. It felt like it was going to be a sturdy chair. I will say the cushion is quite nice, the lip on the back did feel good for sitting a bit.

Great chair! Disappointed that the hydro cylinder failed within 3 months. Contacted customer support and they took good care of me in no time! Amazing company!

I loved this stool for the price and the apparent sturdiness. BUT, the wheels gave way in a week, another $30 in new wheels, but the threads are so poorly made they stripped and now the new wheels threads are bare. Re-tapped the holes, another $40 on wheels and epoxy. Then the weld on the bottom of the chair portion, where the height adjustment lever is, snapped and threw me forward, violently and dangerously, into my work. Not sure I can remedy this third issue whatsoever. Spend the extra money and get a stool you don't have to spend time and money fixing later on.

The ball bearings in the caster swivel came out. this happened with two casters. So I clicked on the link for customer service. I ended up on a link to request a quote. I never was able to find a place to send an e-mail to customer service. Tech support, yes. I don't need Tech support or a quote. I just need replacement casters.Oh, when the base wasn't rotating in circles it was fine. base is well made. seat is comfortable. height was easily adjustable. Nice stool.9/11/23 update. I ordered replacement casters. So far it works fine.

Comfortable and mobile

After less than 2 weeks the caster wheels started losing bearings and the wheels started falling apart. The actual seat portion is just fine but the wheels are definitely sub par

i was originally concerned in regards to the low rise back lip and upon sitting in the chair was very surprised at how comfortable it was. My only complaint is that the wheels don't glide well and stick frequently not a huge deal, definitely would buy again
