Soothing, delicious and effective
Fennel seed tea has become a daily ritual for me — and I absolutely love it. I originally started drinking it for bloating and digestion, and the results have been amazing. Within 15–20 minutes of drinking a cup, I feel noticeably less bloated and more comfortable, especially after meals. It has a naturally sweet, earthy flavor that’s really calming, and it’s gentle enough to drink more than once a day. I’ve also noticed it helps ease mild cramps and even supports regularity, which has been a huge bonus.Whether I’m winding down at night or need a little post-meal reset, fennel tea is my go-to. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a natural, effective way to support digestion and reduce bloating — plus, it just tastes good!

My Go-To Tea for Wellness Support!
I've been drinking FullChea Milk Thistle Tea Bags for a few months now, and I'm really impressed with them! The taste is great for an herbal tea - light and pleasant with subtle earthy notes that aren't overwhelming or bitter like some health teas can be.I started drinking this primarily for liver protection, as I've read about milk thistle's benefits for liver health. While I can't physically feel my liver being "protected," I do feel good knowing I'm taking a natural approach to supporting this important organ, especially after weekends when I might indulge a bit more than usual. One tip I discovered is that adding a small drizzle of honey really enhances the flavor profile! The natural sweetness complements the herbal notes perfectly and makes this more of a treat than just another health routine step. Sometimes I'll add a slice of lemon too for some extra brightness. The tea bags are high quality and well-packaged, which I appreciate. They steep quickly and don't fall apart in hot water like some cheaper brands I've tried. I've made this part of my evening wind-down routine, and I look forward to it each day!

My digestion has improved a lot
I try to take it on an empty stomach. My digestion has improved a lot. I no longer feel bloated. The price is very affordable for the number of tea bags it contains. I will continue to buy it.

Not really worth the cost
Now, I'm going to be clear that I'm probably biased about this right now, because I honestly thought when I ordered it that it was a bag of 100, which I have absolutely seen before for this price. But I did wait to try the tea before rating it, so my thoughts:The flavor is not bad. although it's not the best peppermint tea I've had, it's definitely not the worst. So that much is a general positive, although I'm also not really fond of the aftertaste that lingers. The teabags also have the string and tag that let you dunk/handle the teabag without having to grab it directly with your fingers, which is another plus.On the downside, the bags themselves feel pretty fragile, and the paper tags are slightly stuck to them when you take them out of the bag. It makes me worried that I'm going to end up with a few torn bags in the process, although granted this hasn't actually happened yet, so I can't point to it as a serious fault. It does make me worried though.a neutral is that the bags aren't in separate wrapping inside the overall container. I like this, since I don't have to unwrap them and feel like I'm wasting paper/plastic, but I could also see people liking the extra layer of protection against a spill or something wetting a number of teabags, and you have to keep the container sealed to keep the freshness in.The biggest downside though to me is the cost. As I said, I've managed to get 100 teabags for $10 in other cases, and at the very least you can generally find some for not much more. Literally double the cost for tea that honestly isn't superior enough to warrant it just is too big a downside for me, and now I'm going to have to pick up more earlier than I'd expected. So TL;DR, the tea is all right but not amazing, and it's not worth the extra cost.
