Q: are they made with natural rubber latex?

No! I answered this already a few times, but I have a severe latex allergy. If I'm even in the room and there is a balloon or a glove somewhere I can go into shock. I had these on my skin, and have perfectly fine!

Q: Can use for tattoo gun grip?

It may work, give it a shot... You will have to use a ton to layer it up though!

Q: Can this be used to decorate my daughters cast?

I have no reason to think it would not stick to the plaster. But it seems like unless you using just stripes, with multiple layers on top of each other it's probably a waste of money. What I would try first is some really good washi tape instead! That way it's more decorative, and you'll be able to be way more creative, and have a lot more options for decorating. Not just be limited by q dozen or 2 colors! I hope this helps! I'm sorry your daughter is hurt, please tell her to hang in there, and feel better soon! Focus on decorating that cast, and when she's done w that design, start a dream board of next week's design!
