Beautiful piece! Mine was defective unfortunately but customer service was top notch!

It was perfect. Wrapped very carefully so not to break. Characters were very detailed, would order again from this company, they take pride in their products.

It came fully assembled and it was packaged very carefully so that it wouldn't break. I seen people complaining that it was too small for the price. However, it was actually a very decent size. It looked amazing and the song played nicely. The song wasn't low so you are able to hear it clearly.

Really is amazing, is more beautiful than I expected, detailed finishing.

Beautiful piece! Gave it to my mother for her birthday. That being said when it arrived it was broken. The sign behind scarecrow was snapped off. You could hear it rattling around in the box when I received it. Don't know if that's from the travel, or when it was packaged. 3 Stars for poor packaging. 4 Stars for the Beauty of it!

We LOVE this snow globe! It's such a treat to have such a beautifully crafted item when you're such a big Nightmare fan. There was an issue at some point, which I won't even bother getting into, because the customer service was A+. If you're looking for a gift for a Nightmare fan, this is IT!

Came well packaged, no broken parts. Only thing I don't like about the design is picking it up to wind it is a bit nerve wracking - always fearing that I'm going to break a part off, plus the mechanism for winding isn't the best - fully wound it doesn't play long and sometimes it just stops playing then bumping the table will start it again.
