Great product which has been put to immediate use in my external rabbit hutch to keep my bunnies warm now the weather has changed. I was a little concerned that they would chew through the cable, but this is well protected and we have had no issues at all. The plate does not get overly hot which is exactly what I wanted as I don't want my bunnies to overheat, it is more a warmness that takes the chill off when they sit in their fabric bed which is placed on top. We have shavings and straw in the hutch - no problems with these being on / nearby the plate. No fire risk as the plate does not get warm enough to cause any kind of combustion. Excatly what I wanted and needed - just hope the efficiency claims stand up when my next electric bill comes in!

100% recommend this product. It has been in use for a week now & with the current weather it has been a life saver (possibly literally). My bunny loves it.. I read all the reviews before buying & some people mentioned the temperature.. I can confirm that mine is working absolutely fine. It doesn’t get hot but when I put my hand on the pad I can instantly feel a warmth coming from it. The pad is in a 4ft by 6ft run so my bunny doesn’t have to sit on it if he doesn’t want to but this week he hasn’t got off of it, so I know for sure that it is working as it should.. Also dispatch was very quick & item arrived safely.

It’s as described. Low heat, but enough to keep a dog warm. Would not want it too hot or it the dog would not sit on it. Durable and well built with good length cable.

Doesn’t heat up. The heat distribution is only in one part off the mat and not very warm at all. The seller was happy to refund once I sent it back as faulty, but said that I had to pay the return, which at the hefty price of £14 nearly a quarter of the price off it cost. It really annoyed me as seller would not reimburse any off it. I would t recommend for a litter of pups

This is a lovely substantially made item, bought for use in an outside kennel,It is popped under a dog bed and used on cold nights as an extra form of heating,

Arrived well packaged and promptly. No fuss set up, simply take it out of the box and plug it in. It does come with advice / instructions. I got the large size because it seemed like better value for money. It is big though and I could probably have got away with the smaller one. I put a soft fleece on it and it heated up nicely (to body temp, not hot). My old moggy has been on it a lot. She spreads out on it so is obviously comfortable and warm. It seems well made and I hope it lasts. It has replaced old vinyl heat pads which failed with power issues after only 2 or 3 yrs. I am hoping this will last longer. I have only had it a short time so have held back from giving a 5 star review.

This is fantastic and keeps our cats warm when it gets cold in the winter over night.
