401 High Strength Brick and Patio Cleaner, 5 Litre

Very effective but it on my block paving after wetting it 1st and it just started to fizz, bought all the dirt off block paving scrubbed with metal rake and they are like new. Be careful though as when it fizz's fumes do come of it so had to get out the way and grab a mask. Very powerful stuff. My drive way looks amazing just waiting for sand to infill it now, again juat be careful with it as it is very strong. I forgot to do a before and after but the after well it astounded me how well it looks. Hard graft with metal rake but very worth it..

Bought the Everbuild 401 patio cleaner to sort out my mossy, stained slabs, and I’ve got to say – it’s powerful gear. Poured it on, gave it a quick brush around, and within minutes the grime started lifting off like magic. After a rinse, the patio looked almost new again. Just a heads-up though – it’s proper strong stuff, so gloves and maybe even a mask are a good idea unless you fancy burning your hands or sniffing fumes. Also keep it away from grass or metal as it’ll eat through pretty much anything. But results-wise? Can’t complain at all. Does exactly what it promises. If your patio’s looking tired, this will sort it right out.

Good brick cleaner.Poured some into a spray container which found was easier to apply and gave the brickwork a good scrub .

Removed the stains very quickly. Excellent product. Would definitely recommend

It works fine on some of the patio but not other slabs , the red ones it did not even touch the green algae but it's a fantastic weed killer, weeds are dead in hours

Works well already mixed ready to use

Used this to clean some rust, ceramic tile grouting and adhesive off patio tiles and it was very successful. Lightly wet the surface then brush a generous amount on and leave for 20 minutes before washing clean. 4 stars because it took two applications to get rid of the rust staining.

I use this on motorcycle cylinders when seized up. Brilliant stuff
