Beautiful backpack but the zipper teeth are broken and zipper came completely off within a little over a month of light use. I am not overly aggressive with my bag and only use it about 4 times a week for a couple of hours for college. I only put a laptop and 1 spiral notebook in there at a time so it’s not like it’s carrying a ton of weight either. Super disappointed. For something quite expensive I would’ve expected it to last longer

This backpack will be perfect when I travel for work to conduct interviews and need to be dressed up. For everyday, though, the platform is too thin for me to be able to get everything in there I need for an entire day.

Stylish looking backpack laptop bag that less than 4 months later and used only 2-3 weeks the zipper no longer works. I had read this on another review and thought maybe a one time issue, nope now fully not functional and unable to return. For the price not worth it.
