Had a tube and loved it so much came back for more. First one lasted a long time because it doesn’t take a lot. Ingredients are on box but pretty sure it’s same as my first tube.

Best heel cream around. Use 2x day. Works in 3 days. From rough scaly, painful heels to smooth and no pain in 3 days. After 3 days I use it only at night. Or if roughness is returning.

This was a pretty good purchase. I did notice that it helped with my cracked heels somewhat. I don’t know if I would purchase it again, though, because it didn’t eliminate my dry heel condition

I really wish I had taken a before picture to show everyone. This cream REALLY does work. The cream says you will see results after 1 use and you will. If you keep up with filing your feet with a stone and using this cream once a day you feet with look amazing in just a few days. My feet went from being so cracked and dry my heels were white and hard as rocks to being pink, soft and smooth in 4 days. I originally bought the tiny $5 travel size tub and this lasted a little over a week. A little goes a long way.
