Very user friendly. Comfortable, lightweight but strong. Can fold away in a drawer when not using. User is 6’ and about 160lb . Ordered medium.

Tips for improved product use.
Really needs directions that are better. We were convinced it was sewn wrong for a period of time and the guide straps were in upside down while we tried to get it working. Also the straps have really sharp attachment points where they strap was cut and fixed so it would fray. It is strong and a semi soft brushed inside which is a plus for old delicate skin.I added tape and leg warmers over top of the uncomfortable strap areas but it would be a5 if I hadn't had any of these issues.
