Works very well. Has a case for round wafers (holds about 10 or so), a plastic bottle for wine (fills about 10 communion cups), and a plastic case for holding plastic communion cups. The case itself has a magnetic closing lid, so everything stays in place well. Ive never had the wine leak or anything not function well. You can easily carry the case with one hand, so easy to take to the hospital or on home visits. Its a simple case, but definitely does the job, especially for the price.

The communion kit was easy to carry and use while I was making communion house calls. However the one draw back of it was the bottle - for all the kits I bought, the bottle was cheaply made and leaked throughout the kit. I threw away the item and vowed not to buy another communion kit like this again. I tried repeatedly ordering new bottles - but without much luck. Bottles had the same defect!!!

The box could be a little more sturdy; however it is convenient and easy to use.
