It does make me sleep better but the taste is very strong/slightly weird - i'm not fussy and will drink anything really if it has health benefits. But just to advise others if you can't just drink any sports drink, herbal etc then this maybe not to your taste.

Surprisingly sickly sweet and disgusting. I can't see how I can get any value from this even if I watered it down by a 1m factor.Why oh why is this still coming up in my feed. Perhaps I should've asked for a refund and then this rubbish wouldn't be sponsored.

Honey and Ginger Flavour Adaptogenic Drink
This Space Goods powder is a potent adaptogenic blend that contains Magnesium, L-Glycine, Reishi mushrooms, Ashwagandha, L-Tryptophan, along with Blue Passion Flower, Chamomile Flower and Jujube.I like the concept of adding this powder in with hot or cold water to create a relaxing drink before bed. However, while I quite liked the Ginger and Honey flavour and found it had an uplifting taste I also found this exceptionally sweet for my own preferences. I did find it relaxing for my mind and senses, but the incredibly sweet taste was off putting to my taste.

I’ve actually become quite addicted to this, I don’t particularly have a sweet tooth and still didn’t find it too sweet. The taste of ginger and honey is mild and not overpowering. I drink it with hot water and a littl milk each night and find it calms me no end. Does have a slight mushroom aftertaste but it’s not overbearing. I’m definitely a fan!
