Does not include the caster threads as pictured in the instructions
These would have been a good deal is they included the caster threads. But, now I have to find some that fit this on my own.

Incorrect description and fasteners
I ordered this product twice thinking it was a fluke. Not so. The threads are not 3/8 but are 5/16. The nuts are 3/8 and the wrench is metric. Clearly a packaging error.
