My wife managed to get a flake fracture on her ankle and the hospital only supplied the crutches, so we decided to try one of these ankle splints out to give her some more support. The item arrived the next day as stated.She managed to have the splint on within seconds. It is very easy to put on.My wife is normally a size 6 (UK) size and we ordered the small size as we read that a few people said that they come up big which is obviously allowing for the bandages etc and the splint size fitted her perfectly.The splint feels quite heavy when holding it but once it is on your ankle it does not feel heavy at all and it has and still is providing the support she needs to assist with the healing process. Most importantly she feels confident walking in it.We would definitely recommend the ankle splint to others as it is value for money and very sturdy and does exactly what you want it to do.

Everything as described, delivered within 18 hours of purchase. 4 stars only because Boot is too big at calf which makes it slip off if the straps arent fastened extremely tightly (which is uncomfortable) but it’s wearable and it’s not the fault of the product or supplier than it doesn’t fit my leg.Would absolutely recommend buying this over any product offered by the PhysioRoom. Initially bought from physioroom and their courier lost/stole my package, and I’m out £30. No end in sight.So I highly recommend you buy from orthobrace using amazon couriers. Slightly more expensive but you’re guaranteed to receive your order.

Worked really well. I ordered a small when I normally take a size 7. It did fit well but toes were right on front edge. It has a inner neoprene boot which has a small middle pad attached. This was forever popping out and becoming pointless. It need some velcro to keep it in place. Other than that that all OK.

I bought this as I am in a lot of pain with a bad bunion and it does align my foot but the boot is so heavy.saying that it does help my foot and is strong a durable and good price.

Good boot but I had to use the additional felt supplied to pad out the ankle area for the boot to fit tightly and the Velcro stopped sticking after 3 weeks which wasn’t very good when I had to wear it for 6 weeks. Overall it did the job but they need to make the Velcro stronger

My mum had a fall and after visiting A&E we found she had a minor ankle fracture however they didn't have a fracture boot in stock for her size. They provided her with crutches but she struggled a lot to use them.Bought this fracture boot and it made a huge difference, she was finally able to walk around by herself and even climb up the stairs. She had to wear this to my wedding and was able to move around and even dance a bit without issues.

The buckle connecting the straps has broken after less than a weeks use . The product is not cheap and you would expect it to be far more robust after limited use
