So these definitely run big. I ordered the 2xl-3xl based on the recommendation, but they could definitely go down a size. I'm 5'4" 135-140lbs. They are wearable though. The rise is just a bit higher. Still sexy. The fabric is very nice.

I ordered a large. I’m usually a medium, size 6. The tag inside the Underwear says XXXL. There was a card saying don’t worry the tag is wrong but the size you ordered is correct. They still seem small. They do feel like they are really good quality and they have a cotton crotch. I just wish sellers would accurately convert to American sizing if they wish to sell on Amazon
