Brilliant best night sleep ever

Stitching imperfection.
About 5cm of a side of seam stitching was imperfect. Decided to hand repair as opposed to the hassle of sending it back for a replacement.

This is a terrible pillow. So hard my head feels like it's on concrete. Its very uncomfortable.

Very soft at first and then very firm.
For me I couldn’t get on with it at first when you plump it, it’s very soft and then within minutes it becomes very firm. It’s too shallow to sleep on one pillow and it’s too bulky for two pillows. Gave me ear ache and neck pains. Have since changed to my old pillow. Overall though it’s made quite well. But personally I didn’t find it comfortable.

Why am not buying 😒
Scouring around for a firm pillow it's a nightmare 😫 but what I have noticed every single silent night pillow wether they be ultra soft to very firm every singe one is rated 7 in firmness how can this be??? Definitely puzzled
