YoyoFactory ARROW Freestyle Yo-Yo - Blue (beginner to pro, 2 different level ball-bearings, string and instructions included)

My son wanted this for Christmas and is now hooked on trying loads of new tricks. We swapped out the bearing to the non-responsive one but then couldn't manage to swop it back over (apparently you need a tool to do that?) The strings don't last very long and can start to fray quite fast, but honestly a brilliant beginners yoyo.

If like me you are a beginner, then this yo-yo is for you. Very comfortable in the hand and easy to catch. Responsiveness is very good out of the box, but I advise cleaning and re-lubricating the bearing for even better performance. The unresponsive bearing is flat, but spins fine and binds well. The fitted string is very short, but ok for a child. Packaging is rubbish - everything just falls out. Recommended, but buy some extra strings.

Comes with 2 strings, 1 is longer than the other making the second string useless for children around 11 as it's too long. The yo-yo itself is fine, works as expected but the string broke after 2 days. Bought replacement strings and currently 1 replacement have lasted 4 weeks. Had better yo-yos for cheaper.

So I ordered this as a surprise for my boy! He was overjoyed when it came. Opened the thing... what do you know... it doesn't even work! Yoyo does not return back up and you can't even roll the string around the YOYO. So opened it up again to see what's going on... what do you know.. it then doesn't want to join up again!! Absolutely let me down... my boy was heartbroken! How they can justify charging this price for this piece if **** is unbelievable!! So gutted don't know what to say!! Would not recommend this buy to ANYONE!!!

Yoyo feels solid. Comes pre strung and with responsive bearing, spare string and unresponsive bearing also included.

I enjoy yoyo and am a beginner of a certain age so still getting to grips with the essential responsive tricks. I have over 20 yo-yos and needed one that was responsive and plastic so that it didn't hurt as much when it hit my hand. The Arrow is an absolutely fantastic yo-yo. It spins long enough and returns at the flick of the wrist. A bonus is it comes with an unresponsive wide bearing for more advanced play. It has a finger spin hub that works really well. It really doesn't matter if you are a beginner or a more advanced player the Arrow is a joy to use and one I am pleased to have in collection
