**Q: What’s the difference between this and the so called "food/grade"? Does this break into micro-plastic that may damage cells or attach to receptors?**
A: The difference is the catalyst used during production. It doesn't break into a stable microplastic like other plastics; it gets attacked by algae and mould very quickly in an aquarium for instance, and in an industrial compost it will be eaten by the bacteria over the 18-24 months.

**Q: Can this be poured into a mold when melted?**
A: Not really.
1. It could stick to some plastic moulds.
2. When used at recommended temperatures:- at the hottest it is a sticky, very thick fluid and under hot water.  I use it when it is cool enough to be held in the hands and has a plasticine like consistency.

It’s nothing like resin in use, more like modelling clay.

**Q: Any idea if it would be flexible when thin?**
A: Yes, it is flexible when thin. I guess you could compare it to a thick plastic film, or blister packaging. Given the same thickness, Polymorph is slightly more flexible (but note blister is probably 0.5mm thick). 1..2mm thick pieces of Polymorph will flex.

**Q: Does finished product become soft if left in direct sunlight or become brittle?**
A: If direct sunlight is hot enough, maybe, But shouldn't melt, or go brittle.
