However, I was amazed at how well it did dye. We were dying a suit so read all the warnings about what fabric and that dry cleaning materials would not work. But the dye took amazingly. The coverage is strong and even all over. It looks amazing. Like I said, not navy but the colour blended beautifully with the underlying colour and the effect is amazing. It was easy to use and well worth the money. £10 for a dye vs £200+ for a new suit for a wedding (which would had only been used once and would not be used again probably). It even dyed the buttons (although not the thread that is round the button holes, but that adds to the look). Review: Does the job - Worked well. I would suggest adding that if using a dark colour it’s safer to make the next “normal” wash a dark wash.
