Das Messer ist 70gr schwerer als das Original; es hinterlässt Stücke beim pürieren und zerkleinern; die Messer haben eindeutig nicht die gleiche Qualität (Oberfläche); kann ich nicht empfehlen…besser das Originale, welches ich jetzt nachgekauft habe
