Great product
I recently purchased an automatic soap pump for my kitchen and I have to say, it's been a game-changer. The motion sensor technology makes it super convenient to use and I no longer have to touch a grimy soap dispenser with dirty hands. The pump dispenses the perfect amount of soap each time and the battery life is impressive. Overall, I highly recommend an automatic soap pump for anyone looking for a more hygienic and hassle-free hand washing experience.

Would not recommend!!
The media could not be loaded. 10/20/23 UPDATE - Still doesn’t work. Acts like it’s charging, turns blue after about 10 mins, flashes blue once when disconnected, and yet still won’t turn on. I noticed that the other one (the one that still works) does not flash blue when disconnected from the charger. I have no idea if this means anything since the manual says nothing about it. By the way, it does drip occasionally. And the charge only lasts about a month. Same for the one in the kitchen that I don’t use as much.10/19/23 UPDATE - Today is the 3rd time charging this thing and just like the 2nd charge, it won’t turn on. It acts like it’s completely charged but just won’t turn on. Last time, I swapped charging cords with the other one I bought and let it charged again. After a short time, it was “done” charging and finally came on. No such luck today (even after swapping cords). It is now after 6 PM and this thing has been on the charger since 7 AM.I bought two of these and received them 8/17/23. Charged both up. One works. The other does not so I put it back on the charger for a bit. Tried it again as shown in the video and it still doesn’t work. When the charger is on, it flashes red as if it’s charging and changes to blue when done. I left it on the charger overnight hoping it would work, but it still doesn’t. I will be returning it once I get all the soap out.

Ease of use
Had purchased this electric soap dispenser in replacing the normal soap dispense. So far I'm satisfy that the soap is dispense, each pump had the right amount of soap and the best part is that no drip of soap after each use.

Great dispenser. Very quiet.
The media could not be loaded. I've tried some automatic foaming soap dispensers and was a little worried I wouldn't like this regular liquid soap model. But after trying this out, I'm really happy with it. The modes are easy to turn on / off with the button on the top of the spout. I don't really get any "false alarms" where it dispenses when I won't want it to. And it dispenses the right amount of soap that lets you wash your hands fully without taking 10 minutes to rinse off the excess. The biggest thing I like is that it's really quiet. I was a little worried that an auto dispenser would be obnoxious if I had to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. But it's so quiet, I sometimes don't even realize it's done if I'm not paying attention.Overall, I really like this unit but I'm going to list a few things that I either haven't figured out or could be worth considering. For starters, the first unit we got didn't work. The lights came on but the button on top wouldn't respond to any touches at all. But I just did a quick exchange through Amazon and the second unit is running flawlessly. A defective unit here and there doesn't bother me. Two bad units would but that wasn't the case here.Next, the lights on the top are not super bright (which is generally a good thing) and only come on and off quickly when using the unit. But I may have missed the signal that the battery was getting low because it just wouldn't work one time when I went to use it. I was able to connect it to the charger and it was ready to go later, but I just didn't realize it was low ahead of time. It's quite possible that I just didn't read the right part of the manual or didn't pay attention to the signals. But it's not super obvious that the battery is getting low.And finally, the charging cable that it comes with is a proprietary magnetic charger. It works fine but if you ever misplace it, you won't have a way to recharge the dispenser. So just keep it nearby and you'll be fine.I definitely wouldn't discount this item because of the few issues I mentioned. I actually ordered a second for the kid's bathroom. It's pretty small and sleek and doesn't seem out of place like some of the models I've seen online.

Good while it lasted...less than 5 months
I DO NOT recommend this soap dispenser. Sadly, I'm past the return window on Amazon. This soap dispenser WAS initially everything that I wanted. Sleek design, easy to charge and easy to dispense, plus no physical batteries needed. However, after using it for only 4 1/2 months, the unit will not power on at at. It just keeps blinking the red (which means powering off) when I follow the instructions to power it on in an attempt to get the blue light. I already tried to charging it twice over the span of 2 days and still, I only get the red light. Now I've got a nice looking soap dispenser that won't work. Even my generic crappy AA battery operated soap dispenser lasted years longer than this particular one.

very good
I have received the product, and I like it very much. It is very convenient to use. It can be used not only for hand sanitizer but also for detergent!
