It works for me! Not greasy, absorbs quickly.
I have been dealing with what I believe is mild rosacea for about 1 1/2 years. I had tried a more expensive product and it didn't work. After 2 weeks using Rosaderm, the redness in my face has reduced considerably and the raised patches are virtually gone. Added bonus is that this is the FIRST face lotion/cream that I have been able to use that does not leave me oily, or cause a breakout or rash! I now use it on my entire face in place of a moisturizer and not just my red areas. My skin looks so much better.

Very calming for my face
This product has calmed the rosacea on my face. It's not greasy. I have been using for only a week.

30 days. No visible change.
I agree with the other reviewers that it's a pleasant, non greasy cream. But I've been using it on my face for a month and there is no visible change in redness.

Too early to know
So far I'm not disappointed. Will need to try the product for a week or so but it's non greasy and has a ok feel to it.
