I like skim milk [known affectionately in my family as blue milk]; this is a little thicker than ordinary skim milk, but it tastes just right. I STRONGLY believe in irradiated milk. My headline says it lasts forever; that is NOT so, but it will last long past its expiration date. Another benefit is that once opened, I think the milk goes sour more slowly than supermarket milk. I did not do a scientific investigation, you understand, but there have been times when I didn't use the milk I opened a week before and the milk was still delicious. The one drawback is price. Boxed milk is way more expensive than supermarket milk.
