Chair is good quality however one of my wheels broke in 2.5 months. I sent through a complaint and they fixed it swiftly. In fact they replaced all the wheels and now its much smoother as well

Broken in less than 3 months! Kindly take it back

Whole experience with this company has been terrible. First time I ordered this chair it came without the headrest, so I returned it and the replacement came without the screws to assemble it, so I contacted Amazon support and they told me that they can't send screws alone and I would have to order them separately and I would get refunded for the amount and so that's what I did. After I assembled the chair and have been regularly using it for less than 2 months the chair started making noise when I lean back and the back support doesn't stay in place and moves down if you lean back resulting in it not supporting your back properly. I ended up having to return this 2nd replacement aswell.

The product is ok but it’s support only height adjustment at this price. Also the under thigh support is really poor. Back support adjustment is fixed you can’t move and it’s gives you pain.

Unfortunately, it caused a serious medical condition to me in my back…

Sometimes the lock mechanism fails when you lean back and relining doesn't lock preperly
