1. I order this one last year. Love the shape and the fact that the color around my face would not be just black knit.2. The knit scaft part easily torn and ripped open a hole, so much so that I, who can sew, could not fix it.3. Glutton for punishment that I am, I ordered a new one this year, but they failed in their description to point out that the knit part is now BROWN and the photograph does not show that is it brown very well at all, and I do have a professionally calibrated monitor.4. The response from customer service when I stated that the color was not clearly stated in the description and asked if they have it in black, was as if it was all my fault, and in two different type sizes:You ordered the Leopard Brown Faux Fur Cloche Hood Cowl Knit Scarf Hat, that is what was shipped to you. I am sorry, we do not have this in black. (The last sentence was in 9pt type, the first one in 18 pt. type. How RUDE!)5. The is NO phone number for Luxury Divas so if you have trouble you have to wait for a response via email6. Great design, poor materials, and very bad customer service.7. I would pay twice the price for this item to be better made and more clearly described; as a note to all of you hooded scarf designers!

Very comfortable and true to size. The fabric is very soft and quiet, so it’ll be great for hunting this season!
