Do not order this product. I understand that one gets what one pays for, however, I did not even access the home page of the phone before the product broke. It is unfathomable to me that this product would be sold, and be broken before its even taken out of the box. I cannot make it through the set up page before the message "Unfortunately, Settings has stopped." I have rebooted the phone, reset it to factory settings, and tried to wipe it; all with no luck. I am extremely dissatisfied.

When I first received this phone, I panicked for three hours straight as after entering my details, my language, wifi code, google account, it would freeze and not go any further. I honestly kicked myself, thought that this is what happens when you try to be a cheapskate and buy a £50 phone. In the end, after going into the user systematics and all that, the way to fix this glitch is to go through the all the details sections without filling it in. Just SKIP SKIP SKIP, don't enter your wifi password, don't sign into your gmail, just skip right on through and sign in to things when your into the home page. Otherwise, you'll never get to the home page.Although I fixed it by skipping it through, I don't imagine that even 99% of people would consider doing that.Side note: Buy a screen protector, I dropped mine on concrete and it smashed really easily, after that just using it made it smash worse and I got glass stuck in my hand...

I bought this phone about 2 years ago as I wanted a budget phone for calls, occasional texts and to use apps like BBC News, Tesco Clubcard etc. For about a year it worked great and did everything I expected it to. Then, for some insane reason, BLU decided it was going to sabotage their phones and give their customers no end of grief by downloading dodgy apps without your consent. You could delete them, but within a few hours they'd be back again.Most of the apps were just annoying, and riddled the phone with adverts that you had to clear before you could do anything. Some of the apps drained the battery in a couple of hours, but the final straw came when one of these apps automatically switched the phone to silent, meaning you would miss calls and texts.Ditching this phone now, if I can sell it then great, if not, I'll take great delight in tossing it into the bin. I'll never buy another BLU phone in my life, and would strongly encourage everyone else to steer clear of them as well.

Avoid this phone like the plague! It's riddled with built in spyware that's looking for banking apps. You can't delete the apps linked to the spyware you can only disable them, but this only seems to work for a day or so at best. Also the last update added without my knowledge a Lock App, this is also got spyware included again you can't get rid of it, and everytime you open an app you get a ad pop up occur. Normally for some dating site. It's so bad that even the built in calulator has spyware included.It's look late for me to return sadly. But save yourselves.Beyond a joke!

Wow, this product has served me well and is still there when i need it!It has solid construction, never broken a screen or anything else for that matter!Very good value for money, one of the cheapest phones out on the market yet, good quality.It has a very good battery life aswel.The only negative thing i can say is the camera quality is low compared to flagship phones, then again, they are worth over £600!Amazing product for the price, I highly recommend!

Does everything my teenage son needs without the ridiculous cost of an iPhone. Good for a first phone or basic work phone.Would definitely recommend

This is one of the worst mobile phones ever.It didn't work properly from day 1,it kept on switching itself off.I wouldn't recommend this mobile phone to anyone, they'd be wasting their money.

El precio es lo mejor del teléfono que por otra parte cumple perfectamente con la expectativas. Ideal para jovenes estudiantes (y sus padres que son los que los pagan) que o los rompen o los pierden con facilidad. Viene con carcasa protectora pero sin cargador ni auriculares, Recomiendo su compra sin dudar sobretodo para los casos indicados. El que sea 3G tiene poca importancia.

Buena cámara, poca bateria, buen sonido, poca capacidad de almacenaje, buena recepción de señal, no hay mucha diferencia entre el brillo mínimo y brillo máximo

Lo devolví por que no era nuevo ni libre y ya tenia predeteeminada una compañia que no era la.mia. No volveria a comprarlo.

O telefone atendeu às expectativas, é um ótimo Smartphone e a resolução da câmera é muito boa. Recomendo a todos.

La qualité est bien présente, les programmes fonctionnent à merveilles, l'écran est magnifique et tout cela tourne vite. Super téléphone mobile.

I was in need for a new phone desperately, my old one was having battery issues and due that it was used and really outdated by a few years. So when the old one quit working all together I didn't have a spare $200 laying around. I found this one for $80 at the time and has been the best phone I ever bought. the battery life goes for three to four days, it really nice looking and great to use. it came with headphones, charger cable and plug, and a phone case. Pastoy the phone doesn't heat up for me which is the greastest and I will buy from here to yet a new phone when the time comes. Really really pleased with this phone alot

I have already used the blu brand cell phones, that's why I went back to buying this brand, they are equipment that has a good price and good quality, and they have the configuration that I was looking for

I simply received the phone. I took it out of the box, it did not turn on, I charged the battery, it did not work either. and tried by all means to make it work and could not and was a gift that would lead to South America ... and I could not.I know they are good phones, in fact, I had bought one in Miami 5 months ago, and it was very good. But this did not work for me

I have had 2 other Blue phones and this one is the worst. Slow, doesn't get good signal, less storage, low battery life. Very disappointed compared to my other Blue phone. Next time I will go with a different brand. Ill just deal with it for awhile. Would not recommend.
