I love this so much! I don't like strong lavender smells without other scents mixed in to balance it out, and the Clary sage and chamomile blend in this spray is the perfect fragrance! I spray it on the underside of my pillow and my husband's and it definitely helps you relax.When you use this in combination with the Calm App, especially the sleep stories, you will drift right off to sleep.

My sleep mist arrived last weekend, and I've been trying it all week. Turns out it's just what I needed to complete my bedtime routine! When it's getting past midnight and my brain is still running in circles, it's hard to find something to help me settle into bed, but this has really done the trick for me the last few nights. I've been spraying my pillow with one or two sprays just before lying down, and something about the lavender scent really helps my body and mind calm down. I love that the aroma lingers a little when I wake up in the morning as well - it's like a gentle reminder to approach my day more gently instead of rushing out the door like usual.

Ive been a HUGE fan of the Calm app for a good year now. I've gone through countless OTC sleep aids which leave me groggy and headachy the next day. I turned to the app and found INCREDIBLE sleep with the stories. So I just had to try out the spray to enhance my restful sleep. Highly recommend it. I do find myself falling asleep faster with it!

I use the Calm app every night before bed as a part of my nightly routine, and this spray is the cherry on top.The smell is light and soothing - people generally identify the lavender when I spray it.The scent doesn’t last long, which makes me feel that the alcohol content is a bit much. BUT it’s a nice initiation to let my body known it’s time to wind down - which is the purpose of the product. My bottle is almost finished and I’ll definitely be ordering another!Also, my dog loves it too

Second time getting this product, seems to work well although doesn’t last terribly long. Nice to have when traveling. Only problem with this shipment was that the top Was not screwed all the way on, which is surprising being that it was in a sealed box that was also sealed in plastic by the manufacturer. Kudos to the packing team; it was in a bubble wrap bag that was wrapped and sealed therefore it did not leak all over. Only lost a minimal amount of product. Other than that a good product that smells great and does what it supposed to

Have had this must for about 2 weeks now and I cannot say how much better my sleep has been. Few weeks ago I was telling my girlfriend's of my sleeping struggles. Tossing, turning, brain not being able to shut off as I lay down for bed. Two friends told me about meditation apps and they told me about the Calm app. Used it for few days and then I explored the app to see other features and saw that it said purchase sleep mist. I've been sooo desperate for over a year on improving sleep and nothing working so I took a stab at this. With the combination of the mist and app I've been sleeping amazingly!! It's only been 2 weeks but my deep sleep ( according to my fitbit) has gone from 45 mins to 2hours! Might not seem like much but for me it's huge! Will Def recommend this to others!Product arrived on time, great lavender scent.

This product is magical and I have no idea how it works. As a woman going through perimenopause I have had trouble falling back to sleep in the middle of the night when I wake up. I have been using this product for about a week and in that week have never had a problem falling back to sleep when I wake up. Not only that, I wake up less frequently than I did before using this. The smell is very pleasant and it is obviously stronger when you first spray it on the pillow which is why I don't understand how it works in the middle of the night when the scent really isn't there much or I can't tell it's there much.

I'm in love with my new calm pillow spray, it has a gorgeous scent and really helps me relax at bedtime!
