I bought the MULTUS Hand or Hands-Free Grocery Bag Carrier 3 Pack for me it was too much of a hassle to use. Although I complained about it way past the return date they gave me a full credit refund. Multus is a great company to do business with!

She seemed to like it and it works well.

I thought it could use a little more padding, it cuts in a bit on my shoulders when I'm carrying a lot of groceries.

Cannot figure out how to use it. It came with no instructions and it's not long enough to carry bags over your shoulder. There were 3 in the package. And if you put them together it's long enough but how do you attach the bags.Update. The seller got back with me and sent me a link to a video on how to use it. Very quick response. They offered me a full refund. But I really just wanted instructions and they got them for me . So I will be trying this product next grocery haul.

It's a little short, but worked well enough Not a fan of velcro because it will deteriorate quickly under weight. Of course it isn't physically possible for it to reduce the weight. If you put 4 grocery bags on your shoulder you're going to feel the full weight of them. What is useful for me is the ability to have the bags over my shoulder to leave my hands free for bulky items that didn't get bagged, like large packs of TP or paper towel, or to open a door.Another note. Maybe I misread it, but I thought it was a 2-pack. It's a 3-pack. I was okay with the price I paid thinking it was for 2, so the third one felt like a bonus.
