Magic on ribs.
No more fuss. I just shake this on racks of baby backs. Rob with a little olive oil and roast them uncovered for 3 to 4 hours at 225. Amazing slightly Smokey flavor doesn’t even need sauce but I serve it on the side anyway.

Wonderful flavor!
I use this all the time to great reviews. It works very well with chicken. I use this dry rub and bake the chicken. At the end of baking I add my BBQ sauce and just heat through. Never any left overs.
