I have used the short one once and it worked fine. I've used the longer one in my car multiple times ever since owning it. It has worked fine every time. It's nice having two different lengths for different purposes.

Have had problems with the cords and had to request a replacement and now one of the replacements is not working so I’m going to have to ask for a refund

The short cord works great for my car. The longer one I wanted for usage around the house. The coil is very tight and does not extend easily. That’s probably a good thing for most people.

Perfect for air travel.

My wife likes this design because of shape of plug-in shape, is easy to grip without pulling on electric power wire.

I’ve had many versions of this kind of charger for the car and none have been as great as this one. The other ones will either not connect or I’ll have to play around with the cord and angle until it connects and if I hit a bump on the road it disconnects. This charger always connects instantly when I plug it into my phone in the car for CarPlay. It’s so good that I gave my brother one and I plan to get more in the future. 10/10 recommend.

I had to return the item because I ordered the wrong cable. Needed a type C. Product seemed good not used.
