Unlike most pump sprayers this one is very solid. The one gallon capacity makes it useful for quick, small spray applications. Sprays well, no problems. Would buy again

First one wouldn't spray, the drain tube or the brass trigger handle must have been blocked internally. Returned for replacement that arrived fast. This one functioned normally but arrived crushed, the inner box from the mfr was torn and beat up, the tank severely dented. Made in America without any quality control. Returned this for a refund, Amazon wouldn't process another replacement. Maybe they got tired of doing returns. This could be a great product if they would find a better manufacturer and added some QC.

I ordered this unit because it appeared to be well built with a heavy rubber spray hose, metal band clamps, brass trigger, brass extension wand, and brass nozzle assembly. Made in the USA a real plus.If you are tired of cheap leaking plastic wands, nozzle, and plastic trigger assembly, consider this unit.I did contact the Chapin Store for some minor assistance upon unboxing the unit. Customer support was immediate with great follow through. Very pleasant to experience immediate customer support. The sprayer works great! Easy to pump and release pressure. No leaks.I highly recommend this company.

Plunger does not tighten up, which leads to a host of problems. There our better ones out there for cheaper.

My order came w/o any defects or problems, and worked well.
