Good Smart lock
I bought this X12 online and product is good. Unfortunately this lock cannot be installed on 30mm thickness door. Golens has replaced the product with X95 model even after return window is closed. The installation service from Golens is very good and installed the product on my door in just one day after the installation request raised. Thanks for the support

Good lock at competitive price
The lock is good and does meet the expectations. It’s reasonably priced as compared to other options available in the market. Most importantly the after sales support is impressive. They connect with you through calls and if required provide support on video calls.I would also like to suggest you to ask them to provide you the installation service. Though it will be chargeable; to me its costs Rs 1200/- but I think it varies from city to city. This might seems overpriced then it’s okay instead of taking a chance with local carpenter who will be actually clueless on the installation with such tech enabled locks.Overall it’s a good product and has all the features as specified on Amazon

Digital Lock makes life easy, keyless entry and exit.
Very user-friendly, full on features and functionality, installation is done by company person with additional 1200rs changes. Initially found difficult to connect with mobile app but after reading manual and some trial and error finally figured out. Now everything runs perfectly. Highly recommended.

Best line of Smart locks.
The media could not be loaded. Good quality and perfect build finish. After 4 months of use no disparities. Quick fingerprint sensor, upto 100 allowed. Good wifi features, remote unlock when doorbell on the lock is used.Would totally recommend for smart homes and this colour is perfect for gold theme interiors.Would recommend only for indoor gates and not for security gates as they have many other products in their line with more features suitable.
