This product looks nothing like what’s pictured.Looks cheap and the “velvet” is baggy off the “memory foam”Does not have 4 individual layers to have different heights, only has 2 layers and a little loose cushion that you can double up, which I assume, is the only way it could count as a 4 layered elevated cushion.The sellers return policy is postage returned back to the USA, which in normal circumstances, the buyer has to pay for.I can’t return in this circumstance as I’m bed bound after surgery and won’t be able to get out until well after the returnable period.

I need this for my upcoming foot surgery, where the foot has to stay elevated above the heart for 2 weeks. This looked like it would help me better than a pile of head pillows, providing more height and stability. My order was delivered right on time as promised, and trying it out, I can tell it will give me the support I need. I like that I can lower the pillow later if I still need to keep my foot up (or knee when my knee is bothering me). This would have been really handy when I sprained my ankle two years ago!

I broke my tibia and fibula, had surgery, and basically needed something to help me keep my foot elevated for 3 month. I've been using this pillow for about a month now.Right off the bat I want to say that this pillow has brought me a ton of relief. The day I broke my leg I ordered it for same day delivery and I can't imagine the pain I would have been in had I not had it.Now lets talk specs.First the size. It is big. However its easy to move around and maneuver. It's fell off the bed and its light enough that I can grab it from the floor and put it back on the bed.I am 5'5 and my leg fits all the way to the end. I point this out because I was instructed by my doctor to find a pillow long enough to have my heel hang off the end. This pillow is too long for me at 5'5. Nevertheless I kept it and the doc says I am healing well and doing just fine.The handles on either side are incredibly convenient and I use the often to pull the pillow to the back of my leg and or to adjust it. This works easily as the pillow is not heavy.I've laid on my side with this pillow and it worked for me that way too. Think leg lifts and that's how my leg was positioned on the pillow. I am a stomach and side sleeper so this was extremely helpful after sleeping on my back for days.The pillow does not get overheated for me and I have not noticed any additional perspiration. Does that mean it's cooling? Eh that may be a reach. But it doesn't create more heat for me when using it.The material is extra soft and has held up well in the month that I have been using it. Still looks brand new.I have also used to pillow on my stomach to prop up my leg. I know that seems backwards but after being on my back for days on end, I needed to switch it up.All in all it was well worth the money and way more solid than stacking multiple pillows and or blankets on top of one another to get that "toes above the heart" height recommend to reduce swelling.
